Octeasy for ADHD and focus
The "Stay focused" profile removes distractions: it stops animations, mutes sound, shortens lines and adds a reading mask that only shows a few lines at a time.
In the panel, choose the "Stay focused" profile.
What the "Stay focused" profile turns on
- Reading mask

- Outlined headings, to find your way around
- Short lines
- Sound muted
What your site needs to do on its side
- Do not make anything move or scroll automatically, or give a way to stop it (WCAG 2.2.2).
- Structure the page with real headings, in order.
- Put the essentials first and avoid windows that open by themselves.
The limits, honestly
- The mask and short lines help with reading, but they do not simplify content that is too dense: the writing is still what counts.
- A video embedded from another platform keeps its own playback settings.
- Octeasy does not make a site meet accessibility standards such as WCAG or the French accessibility standard (RGAA), and does not replace an audit. What Octeasy does not do.
