Public bodies. A standard quote and invoice are available, with payment by mandat administratif (the French public sector purchase order procedure). Invoices are issued by Studjoow.

Who issues the invoices?
Studjoow, the studio that sells and invoices Octeasy. Invoices are available in the customer area.
Can a public body pay by public sector purchase order?
Yes. French public bodies can use the mandat administratif procedure: write to us for a standard quote and invoice, and the plan is then activated without card payment.
How do I cancel?
From the customer area, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; the site then moves back to the free plan and the widget keeps working.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. How VAT applies depending on the customer's country and status is being confirmed with an accountant; it will be set out before paid accounts open.
What happens if I need more sites than my plan allows?
The customer area does not let you add a site beyond your plan, and the database refuses it. Just move up to the next plan.
What Octeasy is not, even on Pro
No plan makes a site meet accessibility standards such as WCAG or the French RGAA. If your site is subject to an accessibility obligation, it needs an audit and fixes; the widget adds to them but does not replace them. Read the page on limitations.
